Famed for her "My kids lick the bowl" food blog and instagram, Stacey was keen to renovate her home and along with that her kitchen. The Vekart team visited the home to do a measure and proposed moving the kitchen and scullery location completely into a lovely sunny existing extension with sky lights which looks out over the Tauranga harbour.
The kitchen is a stunning fusion of functionality and elegance. The doors and drawer fronts of the cabinetry showcase the Dezignatek Series Three Rhonda design, boasting a chic 20mm thick frame with a satin Urethane finish, adding a touch of sophistication to the space.
To elevate the kitchen's aesthetic, American white oak double-thickness Crown Cut veneer suspended shelving is thoughtfully integrated.
For the central island, a striking 20mm thick Superwhite stone slab is used for the bench top and side panels, as well as the bar/coffee area, which features the same Superwhite stone, ensuring a consistent and stylish look throughout.
A 20mm thick Dekton hob top is incorporated into the design, serving as the perfect surface for cooking. In terms of functionality, BLUM Legrabox Silk White drawers are seamlessly integrated, ensuring smooth and easy access to kitchen essentials.
To complete the design, suspended shelving with brass sleeves and fixings adds a touch of luxury and practicality to the kitchen, offering additional storage and display space.
Stacey also needed space for her photo studio - this was housed in what used to be the old laundry and was purposely designed to suit the needs of her work.
